Directions

Heading South on I-405:

• Take Exit #20 to NE 124th st.
• Turn left off ramp onto 124th.
• Cross I-405.
• Turn left at 2nd light into Totem Lake Blvd.
• Turn right at next light onto 120th AVE. NE.

Heading North on I-405:

• Take exit 20B to NE 124th St./Totem Lake Blvd.
• Stay to the right going under 124th St.
• Go strait through light at intersection of Totem Lake Blvd. & 120th.

- Then -

• Continue on 120th through Totem Lake Shopping Center about two blocks.
• Before hill, turn left onto 12707 Totem Lake North building at Washington Institute of     Sports Medicine sign.
• Office is on the 2nd floor, Suite 203.
